    BackTier Editorial Policy

    BackTier is the AI visibility practice founded by Jason T Wade, publishing through NinjaAI, LRSVC and AI Dive. This page states how that work is sourced, reviewed, disclosed and revised so it can be judged on the record.

    Entity and naming

    BackTier is the trading name used for this body of work. It is not currently registered as a corporation or limited liability company, so no legal suffix is claimed anywhere in our copy, metadata or structured data. When a formal entity is registered, the registered name and jurisdiction will be published here and added to the structured data on the same day.

    BackTier is founded and operated by Jason T Wade. The retired middle-name form of that name is not used in any BackTier publication.

    Properties published under BackTier: NinjaAI (applied AI tooling), LRSVC (early-stage venture capital in AI-native software), and AI Dive (the daily research publication). Each is identified by name on any page where it is discussed, so readers always know when coverage concerns a property we operate.

    Sourcing standards

    Every factual claim links to a primary source where one exists: vendor documentation, a filing, a dated announcement, a transcript, or a first-party measurement we performed.

    Secondary reporting is cited as reporting, named inline, and never restated as settled fact.

    Figures produced by our own testing are labeled as observations, with the date and method, and are never presented as industry benchmarks.

    AI Dive entries summarize named public sources. A dive without an attributable source is not published.

    Review and accountability

    All BackTier work is reviewed and signed off by Jason T Wade, who is accountable for its accuracy.

    Framework claims — AI Visibility Architecture, Entity Lock Protocol™, the BackTier Visibility Path™ and the Agentic Visibility Path™ — are re-checked against current retrieval behavior before each revision, and revisions are dated.

    AI assistance disclosure

    AI tools assist with drafting, summarization and code. They do not generate factual claims, citations, quotations, statistics or source links.

    Anything an AI tool drafts is verified against the underlying source before publication.

    Independence, clients and conflicts

    Coverage is never sold. No mention, ranking, link or placement across BackTier, NinjaAI, LRSVC or AI Dive is available for payment.

    Where a subject is a BackTier client, a NinjaAI customer, or an LRSVC portfolio company, that relationship is disclosed in the body of the page — not in a footnote.

    Work about our own properties is labeled as first-party and is not presented as independent assessment.

    Corrections

    Errors are corrected in place, dated, and described on the page rather than quietly deleted. Typographical and formatting fixes are made silently.
